Email hello@undercart.co. A person on the Undercart team reads every message. If you’re signed in, you can also open the account menu (the gear icon in the sidebar) and choose Contact us. Replies go to the email address on your account.

It helps to include the store domain you were looking at, what you asked for, and, for the connector, which assistant you were using (ChatGPT, Claude, or another client).

Using Undercart in ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants

• Connecting.Add Undercart from your assistant’s app or connector directory, or add https://undercart.co/api/mcp as a custom connector. Then sign in with Google and approve access. Full setup: MCP connector docs.
• What it can do.Search Shopify stores by revenue, category, country, traffic and installed apps, open a store’s profile and tech stack, find similar stores, and show a store’s ads and captured marketing emails. Every tool is read-only. It cannot buy, send, change or delete anything.
• “Monthly limit reached.” The free plan includes a monthly allowance of store lookups and searches, and it resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Re-opening a store or repeating a search you already ran that month is free. Details: usage and limits.
• Disconnecting.Remove Undercart in your assistant’s connector or app settings. That ends its access to your Undercart account.

Common questions

• A store I’m looking for isn’t there.Search for its domain while signed in. If Undercart doesn’t track it yet, you can add it from the search results or the store page.
• A number looks wrong.Revenue and traffic figures are modeled estimates, not reported financials. If one looks off, email us the store domain and we’ll take a look.
• Billing. Manage or cancel a subscription on the Billing page in the app. For anything else, email us.
• Your data. To request a copy of your data or delete your account, email us. See the Privacy Policy.
